Allegra had been missing since last Thursday, February 16th, when she ran away from Casal San Nicola. We were alerted of her disappearance on Saturday evening and immediately placed her picture on all possible websites. We contacted the Municipal police, the Carabinieri, the local kennels and the calls reporting various sightings of Allegra started coming in. she was running from Cesano, to Cassia Bis, toward Le Rughe and Viterbo but when her owner Pele drove in the area she had been reported in, she couldn't find her. The last sighting was yesterday morning on the Cassia Bis, which is a dangerous highway, full of traffic and fast cars.
This morning the bible study group was gathered in olgiata as every Thursday when the door bell rang and there was Allegra! She had followed a friend who was coming to Olgiata and was running late (thank God!) and found the house where Pelè was... Could this be a miracle? ... We'll let you think about this. We are just thankful that Allegra turned up after a week running on dangerous roads, far from home and safely finding her owner once again, right here in Olgiata.
