I just want to thank all of you wonderful ladies who were able to take part in yesterday's Christmas Bazaar at the Olgiata Castle and the book presentation
at 3pm. It was an amazing success and even the weather was on our side.
We managed to raise over 1,500 Euros thanks to the vendors, the raffle and the books.
Many thanks to all of you who worked so hard in making this event so wonderful:
Carolyn Apostolo for coordinating the tables and the vendors; Georgina, Sandra, Gianni, Mario, Marilena, Rosa, Annamaria and Betty; Sheri for reading my
poems in English so beautifully and Francesco for reading the Italian ones, Rosalba for hosting the event in her beutiful castle, Dr Denegri and Dr Corsi
for bringing their testimony on LHON and for spending so much of their time searching for a cure, Daniele Torquati, President of the XV Municipality and
his Councillors, Gina Chirizzi (President of the Council), riccardo Ruggeri and Sara Poletto, for taking the time to come and Piero Santantonio , President
of the Mitocon Association, for being there.
I have lots of copies of my poetry book available for anyone who wasn't able to attend.
If anyone was able to take any pictures, would you please send me copies?
