Rome International School opens its doors for an exclusive Pop art exhibition

Invitation to a cultural event taking place on Monday 19 January 2015 from 18.00 - 20.30. 

In partnership with Restelliartco Gallery, RIS will host an exclusive Pop art exhibition - "Pop Icons" - featuring over 70 original works by Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Roy Lichtenstein, Tom Wesselmann, Mel Ramos, Romero Britto, Vik Muniz, Albert Watsonand many more!

This unique partnership between a school and an art gallery, unites the shared goals of education, reflection and inquiry, in order to expose the creative minds of tomorrow to the visionary art work of yesterday. 

 

The Pop Icons exhibition will coincide with an open event that will run from 20 to 31 January 2015. During this period, RIS will open its doors to those interested in learning about the rewarding international education we offer to students from the ages of 2 to 18. 

 

This initiative is part of Rome International School's vision to create a stimulating and inspiring environment for students and their families and reflects our focus on critical thinking, inquiry based approaches and a passion for life-long learning.
