WELCOME NEIGHBOR PRESENTED AT AOSR

This morning Welcome Neighbor Rome took place once again at the New Students' Orientation at the American Overseas School of Rome on via Cassia.  It was there that Welcome Neighbor Rome was founded by Yolanda bernardini in 1984 and this year there were lots of new students, 167 of them and a new Head of School, Mr Michael Callen who replaced Mrs Beth Pfannl and other new Principals and teachers.  the American School in Rome has been active in many Vivi Vejo projects with clean ups and volunteer work with the blind, soon to start again with a whole new year full of community work.
Many new families have chosen Olgiata as their temporary homes away from home.  Surely the security as well as the green and peaceful surroundings as well as the beautiful villas have attracted them, only minutes from the school and from the centre of Rome.
A big welcome to all our new expat families and best of luck for a new year full of fun and exciting new events and new friendships.
