THOSE UNCIVILIZED DOG WALKERS

How are you, hope you are enjoying this glorious weekend!

 

As you are a home owner in Olgiata can I ask you a question?  Is the garden outside your property, you know the small strip, belonging to the property/you
or to Olgiata.  It's just that we have problems with the dog walkers leaving their dog droppings and one in particular said that it belongs to the consortium
and that she has a right for her dog to dig and do it's toilet there?  I find it really disgusting when all they need to do is bag it and put it in the
bin, it's so simple and the right thing to do.  Anyway, if you don't mind to let me know.

this is to say the least, OUTRAGEOUS.  I just can't believe the nerve of some people... There is a specific law signed by the Mayor of Rome which states
that it is highly forbidden to let dogs leave their excrements on roads or lawns.  So what if the stretch of land outside your wall belongs to the Consortium?
 The law is valid for the Consortium too and this person, who replied in such an uphalling way, should be reported and fined.
I shall write a letter to the Olgiata Consortium stating what you have told me and  requesting clarifications.
