The American University of Rome – The programs of Business and Communication seek applications from qualified candidates for part-time, non-tenure-track adjunct faculty teaching opportunities during the 2016-2017 academic year and beyond. The successful candidate(s) will teach undergraduate courses including "Writing for Business," "Intro to Journalism," "Online Journalism," "Transmedia Storytelling" and, at a graduate level, "Writing for the Media." The ideal candidate(s) will hold a Ph.D. in Communication, Media Studies, a Business-related field or other related fields and/or have proven experience as a working journalist or editor. Recent teaching experience in the US higher education system is desirable. English fluency mandatory; Mother tongue English preferred. Interested candidates should send a CV and a reference letter to facultyrecruitment@aur.edu (Ref.
